On behalf of Saint Monica Institute of Theology - OAD I extend a warm welcome to all of our students, faculty, staff and online viewers to the official website of our Institute. The milestone of our journey in the theological formation of future priests, religious and lay.
The Saint Monica Institute of Theology formerly known as “Saint Monica Institute of Religious Studies” is a Catholic theological Institute belonging to the Order of the Discalced Augustinians (OAD), province of the Philippines to give a balanced theological program and an integrated Augustinian and religious formation of candidates to the priesthood and religious life.
The Institute is known for its priority on community life and the integration of faith with academic excellence. It offers a three-year program in Sacred Theology for candidates to priesthood.
The Institute is an affiliate of Pontifical University of Santo Tomas (UST) Manila Philippines. It offers Bachelor Degree in Sacred Theology, a certificate programs in Theology of Religious Life and Pastoral Ministry. These programs are designed to augment the ongoing formation to the Religious life and to help Catholic lay ministers and educators.
St. Monica Institute of Theology is an environment for excellent theological and Augustinian education.
